Salons run on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and the owner's memory. Nomi reads those conversations, books against its own calendar and learns the salon's rules from a single message — “don't take clients under 18” becomes a rule it applies to every later chat.

The AI can only act through confirmed tools, so it proposes bookings and rule changes instead of silently editing data. Multi-tenant Postgres with row-level security, a channel-first inbox, and a model gateway behind an abstraction so providers can change.

Dismantlers track engines in spreadsheets, paper and memory. AutoCore holds serialized engine inventory, warehouse movements, work orders, PDF documents, warranties and accounting in one multi-tenant system.

Next.js on Vercel with Firebase for auth, Firestore and PDF-generating Cloud Functions; one Expo app for the shop floor with barcode scanning; a desktop shell for the front desk. Permissions and organisation contracts live in shared packages so every client enforces the same rules.

Motor Land imports contract engines and gearboxes from Malaysia. I rebuilt the public catalogue with filtering by make, model and year, then added a staff cabinet and a mobile app for the people running the business day to day.

In the app an AI assistant records a sale in the cash register from a chat message and shows a card with an undo button, so a mistake costs one tap.
